Process West is a small, young company based near Sydney, NSW Australia. We specialise in the design, engineering and manufacture of small heat exchange products and other aluminium products for the automotive industry.

Managing director Kevin Westblade spent many years designing and fabricating intercooling systems for various automotive applications. He was the founder of what became the largest intercooler shop in Australia with 80% of the product being sold in the USA. Moving on from the previous business sees him being the sole director of this new company and not limited by his previous incompatible business partner.

Years of experience in the the heat exchanger industry and traveling around the world to various heat exchanger manufacturing plants means that Process West uses only the absolute best available heat exchanger core and manufacturing processes.

Wherever possible aluminium components a CNC machined from solid billets of aluminium. All aluminium welding is carried out by Aircraft Quality Certified tradesmen. The aluminium welding on each Process West product brings quality to a new level.
